Can't connect to AX3000 (EAP-650-Outdoor)
Bought a AX3000 EAP650-Outdoor and can't get it to connect.
Have connected to a TrendNet -TG82G POE switch and a TP-Link TL-SG2210P directly and to both using the POE injector.
- Switches show POE power being supplied.
- LED on AP ends up on for 5 seconds and off for 1 second and repeats.
- Users can see both SSID's but can't connect.
- Can not see IP via ping or my IP scanner s/w.
- Using the TL-SG2210P GUI, port status says "Link down".
Any insite would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe there is a loop in your topology, no need to use the POE adapter if you use the POE switch to provide the power to the EAP.
Better to check the physical connection.

@Virgo Thanks for the input.
Yesterday I connected a laptop (192.168.0.200) to POE switch (192.168.0.1).
Connected AP to switch and reset AP (should be 192.168.0.254).
Same result, no link.
TP-Link helpdesk suggested using short (3') cables = nope.
AP is on the way back to Amazon and they are sending a replacement.
Will update post after it arrives.
