Mix of Static and DHCP IPs

I am trying to Run a class B network (192.168.0.1/23) using ER605 (TL 605) VPN Router with mix of Static and DHCP IPs. The DHCP IP range is 192.168.0.100 to 192.168.1.150. Rest of the IPs are in static range. But, after connecting the router to internet and local network only PCs configured as static are working and PCs meant to receive DHCP are not working (They are not getting the internet)!
But, If I use Archer C64/C80 all of them are connecting to internet. But not working using ER 605. Its not showing any error message!
Please tell me how to run the mix (Static and DHCP IPs) using ER 605. What settings I need to set.
