TPLINK ER605 opening issue
I cannot open the router page by LAN IP address, but I can open router page by WAN IP address. This is strange, this should not be happen. I have contacted to TP-Link customer care, person Mr. Mayureshkumar told me that senior person will call me within 2-hrs, but till the time no one calling. I have did many arguments with them, that senior will never call as per my past experience, but they did not listed, and today also, same issue, senior person not free and never call.
What should I do if I cannot open router page by LAN IP when my both internet down?
Who is customer care head to contact?

First of all, do not post any person's names or phone numbers in this forum. Not of TP-Link staff nor of yourself.
Next, always upgrade to the latest available stable software first before trying to troubleshoot issues on old software releases.
So, can you upgrade your ER605 V2 to the latest software which you can find here:
https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/er605/#Firmware
And then we'll see how it goes, ok?

Hi, I agree with @Hoamboy, post the phone numbers in this forum has risks.
Upgrading the firmware is a good choice.

I have upgraded the firmware to latest and reset the router, but once router configured, it is not opening by LAP IP address. It gives below error, and it looks firmware issue.

If you try pinging the router LAN IP, can it ping through?
If you can ping through, change different web browsers and the incognito windows.

Yes, it able to ping, and checked in 3 browsers. Edge, chrome, chrome-incognito, firefox.
Page is opening but it giving error. This is firmware issue, even after uploading latest firmware.

Uhmmm.....actually, I haven't seen a similar issue in this community recently, maybe it is the firewall problem in your network, can you check it?
