Some Android or IPhone clients connect to WiFi but without internet

I installed an OMADA software controller on my PC and the configuration is as follows :
internet router FRITZ!Box 7530 (IP 192.168.1.254) ---> EAP225 en LAN (192.168.1.100) ---> 4 EAP225 en WiFi (192.168.1.(101-102-103-104))
All EAPs are set 255.255.255.0 and gateway 192.168.1.254
There is only one network configured, without a portal, with WPA Personal security WPA2-PSK/WPA3-SAE / AES
I manage to connect without worries to WiFi + Internet on my phone (and many others) but some phones only connect to WiFi without having internet access.
On the equipment that only connects via WiFi, I noticed that there was no IPv4 address given by the DHCP.
If I force the Static IP address of this hardware, then I have full access (WiFi + Internet)
What should I do so that all clients can connect without having to change the phone settings?

Thank you for your response.
- I only use the LAN connection of the router at 192.168.1.1/24
- The EAPs are all EAP225-Outdoor(EU) v3.0 with firmware 5.1.0
Parc against the problem encountered, i.e. the non-receipt of IP address, has similarities with my problem.
Maybe there is an update for the EAP225-Outdoor
