Simple wireless roaming omada

Hello i want to build a simple wireless roaming in omada, on 2x aps.
1)Do i need controller 24/7 on? ( or i can use software controller)
2)i applied bost aps same ssid.
Do I need to consider any other settings?(except power)

Hello, if you want to use Fast roaming (seemless roaming without connection interruption), you have to use controller. If you do not bother if connection drops for a few seconds, you do not have to use controller and roaming is made by device itself.
It does not matter if you use HW controller (OC200/300) or SW controller. Both controllers have to be online for Fast roaming.
