Hey

 

We use Omada software controller to manage our EAP's, and have cloud controller switched on.  The last 2 days we have no connection via cloud controller although it says it is online.  

 

I've tried to release and bind again, and uninstalled the software controller, reinstalled and switched on cloud but still having the same issues.  

 

I cant connect to cloud either on the omada IOS App or using a web browser, however i do have access to software controller.

You need to make sure that the local PC running the controller has internet access and that the remote PC also need the internet.

Try to turn off the firewall and anti-virus software.

Sometimes, disable Cloud Access and enable it again can fix it.

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.
