Hello, I tried to update the firmware of my switch to the new version (20220930) and in the middle of the update the Easy smart configuration utility said that there was an error and that the hardware cannot be updated. since then I have no access to its settings but it still works like an unmanaged switch.
I tried to factory reset it and it was not possible. I tried with the boot hole and it doesn't boot even after 30 seconds
Does anyone know what to do?

Can it still be detected by Easy Smart Utility?

 

If no, I'm afraid nothing more we can do. This switch does not support bootUI or recovery mode.
