Model: Tapo C110
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

There is an urgent feature needed, allow disable Infra Red form the app.

I'm using tapo C110, tryed disabled it by removing the IR board and unplug the IR cut filter wire from the lens but the camera stll switces to a B&W "software mode".

The sensor is sensible enough without needing IR in low light conditions and able to use color as seen during the time it takes to swich to IR mode.

Please address this by adding an advanced feature to disable / enable IR manually from the APP.

IR is bad and need to be disabled in certain conditions like behing windows or when close surfaces reflects the IR and overexposured the image blinding all far darker objects.

  @chaveiro

The camera IR led can be turned OFF by switching the AUTO Mode to Day mode on the left top of Live view page in the Tapo APP, please check this thread for details.
