Hi 

Our outdoor Ea110 is working perfectly on our phones and allows us to watch videos and browse the web but we cannot connect to this on our tv (Roku) or laptop for working from home. 
 

we have tried to resetting this and moving things around so we are as close to it as possible but this hasn't worked. 
 

our wifi is with BT so allows access for all systems and works perfectly if we are in the house for everything.
