Community Hello,

Can you say what is the procedure to replace my faulty (dead) ER605 router with my newly purchase/replacement ER605 router?

My existing network is control by the TP-Link OC200 controller – version 5.1.7 and firmware 1.15.2 Build 20220323 Rel.60717.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

  @Unwaf

I do not believe you can 'restore' a single router config from Device A (previously managed by Controller) to Device B (new) when managed under SDN (which seems very odd to me).  However, the good news is that most of the config is done within the controller itself and not specific to the router device.  What I mean by that is you should be able to adopt the new factory defaulted router into the SDN site and once the router is provisioned by the controller should map the previously defined WAN, LAN, and other router specific settings. Certainly can't hurt to try.
