Such a great feature. There perhaps could be ways to show possible reason for being offline, like possible power outage, no network etc

WIthout an alert letting us know the camera is offline, all other functions are useless because customers won't know if they work or not and can therefore not rely on your products. You are selling them as "security cameras", but without an offline alert that simply isn't true, and you're opening yourself up to a lawsuit. If something were to happen that your cameras should have picked up but didn't because they were offline and the customer didn't know, and you're saying the camera is a "security" camera, you would be in trouble.

2022 and still no progress . It seems to be a bad idea to have Tapo cams .

Why does this not already exist? Seems like something that should be standard at this point.

Moving from DLink and offline notification was a feature out of the box.

Cannot believe that TPlink don't have such basic notification. 

Not only power loss, if there is an outage with your Internet provider, I was notified immediately that my cameras were offline. 

Should not be difficult to implement this and no news after 2 years. 

Will wait a bit otherwise I will rollback my supervision on my old dlink equipment.
