Good afternoon everyone.

 

I'm having an issue trying to access the omada oc200 controller remotely via web browser (Omada cloud webpage  at https://omada.tplinkcloud.com/).

 

I can Login and the page shows the info on the OC200 controller (name, mac address, status -- online, version 5.1.7, and firmware buld).

 

As soon as I try to lauch the access to controller, it opens up a new window in browser, and says "Connection failed, please refresh your browser and try again"..And every time I try to access the OC200, the same error connection.

 

I updated the version yesterday from 4.4.6 to 5.1.7. Since then, the connection error remains and cannot access my OC200.

 

I tried with firefox, chrome, Opera, Tor..The same thing. Any idea?

 

It was working fine before update. Any issues with versions and browsers? All web browsers are up to date.

Any special settings to browsers as to private navigation, etc.

 

All cookies are accepted.

 

Any help will be appreciated.

Was there anything else happened or changed before you failed to access the OC200 via cloud?

 

Are you able to access the OC200 controller via its IP address successfully in the local network?

 

How are the Network Settings (under Settings -> Controller -> General Settings) configured on your OC200 controller?
