Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: EAP110-Outdoor(US)_V3_5.0.0 Build 20200914

Hi, i really need some help, i have EAP 110-outdoor it works well on my other mobile phone, but some other phone wont connect, always "Connecting" i tried to reboot my AP & my phone but no luck, is there any possible fix for this? btw, i have to EAP 110-outdoor and OC200 controller here's the details of my 2 AP

1. EAP110-Outdoor(US)_V3_5.0.0 Build 20200914

2. EAP110-Outdoor(EU)_V3_5.0.0 Build 20200914

Have you tried changing the wireless channel for checking? Channel 1, 6 or 11 is suggested.

If it doesn't help, you may check if the issue only exists with one specific EAP110-Outdoor, power off one EAP110-Outdoor to have a test.
