CPE210 not getting even 1/4 of the throughput it should
I've got two CPE210 setup ~150ft apart sitting in the windows of two houses pointed directly at each other. The connection from the internet is 100Mbps down and 10Mbps up to the AP side and the output from my router, set to AP mode and connected to the client CPE, is 22.88Mbps down and 10Mbps up. Why am I losing so much on the download side? I have the mode set to 802.11n, the channel width set to 20Mhz, and MaxStream disabled. Any other adjustments of those settings only leads to slower speeds.

Could you please upload screenshots of the STATUS page for the two CPE210 for checking?
How did you test the speed and get the result of 22.88Mbps download?
You may check the link speed of the wireless connection between the two CPEs from the CPE_AP: On the bottom of the STATUS page, locate to Monitor section and select Stations where we can see the Negotiated Rate. And use the built-in Speedtest tool to test the real wireless speed between the two CPEs.
By the way, V1 is a very old hardware version, how long have you had the two CPE210s?

Edit: The hardware version is 2.
The following speeds were achieved: Rx: 3.16Mbps, TX: 12.13Mbps, Total: 15.29Mbps.

The speed when connecting my computer via ethernet cable to the LAN port of the CPE_Client is 75Mbps. It doesn't make sense for the router that I connected to the LAN port of the CPE_Client to only be broadcasting speeds of ~15Mbps.

Dear @PowerShot,

The PC is just a terminal device, it's not like a router that will process and transfer data between LAN and WAN, which may affect the speed. If your PC can get 75Mbps from the CPE210 Client, we can determine that the CPE AP+Client part is providing 75Mbps, the problem could be from the Router and you may also check if it's wired speed slow or wireless speed slow from the router.
After you unplug the PC and connect the Router to the CPE Client via cable, try to check the info below for troubleshooting.
1. In the part of CPE Client-----(WAN)Router(LAN)-----PC, what bandwidth can you get from the PC via cable?
2. What bandwidth can you get when you connect the PC to the router's WiFi (2.4GHz or 5GHz)?
