Client can not connect to rap225 obtaining IP adress

Please help guys.
I'm using Omada software controller. recently clients can not connect to the EAP225 outdoor it says obtaining IP address, why?

What do you mean that it's disconnected when you tried to connect the EAP to TL-R605?
If clients connected to the EAP SSID cannot obtain an IP address, please ensure the cable connection from EAP to the main router is recognized by the router, try a different cable and port for checking, you may access the router page to check if the router sees the EAP.
