Hello community. I would like to ask why some clients status in omada Controller is connected not authorized?

I cant say I have seen this status, would you be able to provide a screenshot? What version of the SDN are you running (v3 or v4)?

Dear @Ser,
I would like to ask why some clients status in omada Controller is connected not authorized?
Do you configure Portal function on the EAP's SSID?
It seems that the clients are connected to the portal SSID but not authorized for the Internet.
Does the client actually obtain an IP address and have Internet access after it's connected to the EAP's SSID?
