And where (by Country ore Region) which version is the latest?

As far as I know, V6.6 is actually the same as V6 on hardware and software, just that the V6.6 is usually sold in the US only.
The latest version in one region could be V5 or V6 (V6.6) since the availability may differ from regions.

Could you tell me, what is the latest version for Germany?
And maybe teh difference(s) between V5 and V6
