I was wondering how the OC-300 will differ from the OC-200 and I found this nice comparison:

It seems like they are largely identical save for the OC-300 having more horsepower in order to support the management of networking equipment (AP's, SmartSwitches, etc.).

@JSchnee21, OC300 is indeed much more powerful than OC200, pages load faster. It also has a built-in power supply (connecting directly to mains power), so USB-based auto-backup works out of the box, and it can be mounted into a rack with the included mounting brackets.
