Model: TL-R600VPN
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 4.0.3 Build 20190227 Rel.48206

I want to set up load balancing between two ISP's

WAN1 is Fiber 200/200Mbps and WAN2 is Cellure 10/10Mbps. both have unlimited data plans.

If WAN1 and WAN2 are connected and I tick the load-balanced tick box then WAN1 disconnects.

To fault find: I have added an intermede router between the fibre modem and the TL-R600VPN. The same happens. but the TL-R600VPN drops the connection not the intermede router. It is still connected to the fibre modem.

I have set up both WAN's with the bandwidth information.

What am I do wrong?

@Cryptolabs

I have set up both WAN's with the bandwidth information.

From the problem description, it seems that you configured Link Backup function on the router, you may double check it under Load Balancing--Link Backup.

To check whether it is related to bandwidth control, you could disable it to check if the issue would disappear.

YES!! That was it. Thanks a mill. When I deleted the rule it stopped dropping the WAN1.
