2.garante speed+ultimate speed / fixed speed option.balance unused speed with parsentage  .speed shedule.

3.set speed control for different websites in different times.set speed priority for different applications.
4.set speed priority for different Devices.
5.set Deny List of specific websites with shedule. and set the effective time.speed shedule.

7.only isp can manage that device
