Model: TL-R600VPN
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 4.0.3 Build 20190227 Rel.48206

I have a remote office with a TL-R600VPN router connected to the ISP and then a wifi router set in bridge mode so all clients use the 192.168.0.x subnet

at the remote office I have a router connected to the ISP with a 192.168.1.1 subnet and the TL-R600VPN router connected via ethernet as WAN1 using a subnet of 192168.0.x

I have enabled VPN on the router A as server and trying to get router B to connect over VPN as provide a dhcp address from the remote office.  I am unable to setup the client side properly to work.  I do get the local isp connection through routher B on the Lan port or lan/wan ports other than the first one which i presume is set for a wan2 configuration.

Thanks for any help

A little confused about what you said. So just talk about a little what I know.

1.You have two router, I think you may need to set LAN to LAN VPN. Then two office can access each other.

2.Make sure that both offices can access the internet.

3.If your router uses the private IP address for WAN, it means that it behind other router and need to set port forwarding on that router.

4.As I know, it seems that R600VPN V1/2/3 doesn't support LAN to LAN PPTP VPN. So please make sure what VPN and what hardware version you used.

Both offices can connect to the internet. I specifically put the remote locaton TL-R600VPN router behind the first router so it will have most traffic only going directly to the internet. I will run a router in bridge mode off the tp-link to have a separate wifi. The documentation says it supports lan to lan VPN just have not been able to get it to work yet. Still trying different configurations.

Hi

If you are using IPsec LAN to LAN VPN, you can refer to the following FAQ.

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/2163/

Still note that if your R600VPN is behind other routers, you need to set port forwarding on the front router for UDP port 500 and 4500.
