I have 2x CPE220 with private ip.
Those CPE220 will give internet access to users

There is no cloud-based controller for Pharos devices. You could deploy Pharos Control, but it needs to run on a server/computer inside the same (private) LAN network the CPEs are in. To remotely connect to the web UI of Pharos Control from outside the local LAN you could use either port forwarding from WAN to your LAN or (even better) a VPN, but the controller itself needs to run in the LAN.
