NC450 Fail to play record

My camera ir staying on Away mode. After a some time, I see, camera ir saw some moveing, and record some secondes. But when I want see what is happened there, the app tells “Fail to play record”. Why is problem like that? I have photo for this problem.

I'm at V2, 1.5.2
Yes, both at Wifi and Cellular (i have pretty good wifi and 50+ Mbps 4G.
The camera was recording, i can see the spaced filled and the timeline color was blue
I solved my issue, not sure what did it (in order):
1. I stopped 24/7 recording and reenabled it (didnt help)
2. I removed the card, re-inserted it, then stopped 24/7 recording and reenabled it
It started working again

Hello, what's the hardware version and firmware version of your camera?
Did you get the same error message when trying to playback recordings? Does the issue happen when you connect to the router's wifi? Can you playback the recording when using the cellular on the cellphone?
