Hello, I have this VPN router

I had the setup of VPN L2tp/IPSec working and suddenly it stoped working 5 days a go, checked with the ISP there's nothing wrong with them, although I was able to check RDP over my static IP but the VPN isn't working..

I checked the logs and this what I see.

2	2018-05-02 13:28:15 <5> : IKE began to negotiate as responder. Mode=main,peers=x.x.x.x(Static Real IP)<->x.x.x.x( Client VPN).
3	2018-05-02 13:28:47 <5> : IKE began to negotiate as responder. Mode=main,peers=x.x.x.x(Static Real IP)<->x.x.x.x( Client VPN).
4	2018-05-02 13:32:29 <5> : IKE began to negotiate as responder. Mode=main,peers=x.x.x.x(Static Real IP)<->x.x.x.x( Client VPN).
5	2018-05-02 13:33:47 <5> : IKE began to negotiate as responder. Mode=main,peers=x.x.x.x(Static Real IP)<->x.x.x.x( Client VPN).
6	2018-05-02 13:34:06 <5> : IKE began to negotiate as responder. Mode=main,peers=x.x.x.x(Static Real IP)<->x.x.x.x( Client VPN).
7	2018-05-02 13:35:07 <5> : IKE began to negotiate as responder. Mode=main,peers=x.x.x.x(Static Real IP)<->x.x.x.x( Client VPN).

I never configure IKE in the VPN, i checked recent firmwares, there was none newer than mine.
