How do you setup this device for access from anywhere. We are only able to access it when we are on our home network. When it setup a message saying "already bind" or "cannot bind" was displayed.

HS103 will only connect local. the plug fails the install process and only shows up as a local plug. i have tried everything and searched this forum for hours.
