It would be very, very nice if the Kasa app was made for a PC.

You should be able to run an e CAT6 cable that distance, without much loss. If that doesn't work, then get a pair of CPE 510 units. Assign one as an Access Point, and assign the other as a Client.

On the Client, you will see the SSID of the AP. Log on to that SSID, then, enter the password that you assigned to the AP. That should do it. :)
