I'm sorry, I am new to this. But the green wire inside the box is going to a screw in the back. So Do i attach my Green wire to that screw as well?

The green wire in the box is connected to a screw in the back. So would would i connect my ground wire?

Here is my before and after. I do not want to turn the power back on without confirmation. Does this look correct. any help would be greatly appreciated
