the print out mac address is your Lan mac address, the 2 digits difference mac which is ur deco wifi Mac

its normal your Tv can saw 2 band, 1. whats ur tv model 2. which band your Tv may have issues to connect to?

Could you try resetting your obihai 200 and if you can see the device IP at deco app then check the obihai need any port forwarding setting.
