@spacemancw you can disable using the calibration. But I'm not certain max calibrated is 100% or if your motor will like it. https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2938/

@spacemancw because nobody has that need. I wonder if yours will work if you just keep the dimmer at 100%. But I'm not sure a dimmer is supposed to be on a motor.
