How do you do that?

@Jackall711 I have these all over my house, including other LEDs. I don't know that changing to halogen will solve our problem. I thought it was a loose neutral wire but haven't had time to fix it...

@Carl neutral wire nut was loose. I taped it and it does not flicker anymore.

Has there been any resolution to this request?

@Carl assuming that it is not the bulb, what else would you consider?
