Model: Kasa HS200
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 5.20

I've put in at least 4 hours or more, trying to get this switch to connect via Wifi.   When connected to 2.4 Gz at the switch, I have a full bars of wifi.  When I then go to TP-Link it initially connects, showing a check mark, then the invariable 'No Internet Connection'.   I changed the IP address slightly, as I do have a Ring doorbell in the vicinity, yet I get the same result.  I've tried with, and without my VPN on, no change, I've reset my modem, no change.  I've taken the bezel or switch plate off, thinking it might make a difference, but again, no difference.

I'm using an Iphone 14 Prom max as my device, which is what I would have with me, if the need was to make a change while away.   I tried disabling my 5.0Gz on all devices in our home, again, same result.  I should mention on either 2.4 or 5.0 I have the full bars, and no issues at all, as it's only when I choose the TP-Link, it goes to 'no internet connection'.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

  @Dale2000,

If you are connecting to a TP-Link labeled WI-Fi, you are connecting to the device's setup network. This network will not provide an internet connection and it is only intended to be used as a way for your phone to communicate settings to your switch so that it will then be able to connect to your normal Wi-Fi network. After the switch connects to your home Wi-Fi, this setup network will disappear

With the setup network visible, you will need to go into the Kasa or Tapo App, Tapo on the 'Add Device' Button, Choose Your Switch Model, and then go through the setup process to connect the device to your Wi-Fi. If you have done this, at what point in the Kasa or Tapo app does the setup fail?
