The 3-way smart switches (HS210) are installed with the red and white travelers, the Line to one switch and Load to other. The neutral for the switch with the Line was in the box but there was no neutral for the Load box. So the neutral for the Load box is from a nearby light switch box on the same circuit. The switches work but only for one side or the other. Also the circle light turns off. Not sure if the switches are faulty or if I'm missing something. Any ideas?
