Installed an Kasa HS210 3way switch to replace old one and it worked fine with the old non-swart 3way switch. Received second Kasa HS210 and installed and now now neither switch works.

Initial HS210 shows no light on switch itself. Switch shows offline in App.

The HS210 I just installed will light up the white circle for a second and then goes off. This switch shows online in the App.

What might be the issue.

I also have the same issue with a KS230Kit (3way Dimmer).

Had installed an HS210 (Non-Dimmer) and it worked fine with old non-smart dimmer, although it was not an LED compatible dimmer. Just replaced the old non-smart dimmer with the KS230 and now the HS210 switch just clicks and flashes quickly (not sure if it is green or orange that flashes as it is too quick to tell and it shows offline in the app..

Note: I haven't paired the KS230 yet.

I really don't need to be able to dim from both switch locations (didn't before either). Hopefully I don't need to have two KS230's for that light because I plan on using an HS210 and the other KS230 on another 3way light
