Hello,

I just bought a HS210 3way switch.  I have several questions.  My first question is my wiring only has netural at one side. The other switch does not have a neutral will this work?

Next question is why does the switch turns on the lights dim?  Since I dont have a netural on the other side, I left the orignal normal swich there and just installed the 3way on the side that does have the neutral.  When I connect it the lights turn on very dim and flash constantly.  The other side which has the regular switch does work normally and lights come on at full brightness, but not on the tplink.  Any suggestions?
