Is Smart Hub H200 compatible with Magcam (TC85 / C425)?  Thanks.

Not all the Tapo camera requires a hub. The models that require a hub will have the information mentioned on their product introduction page.

Both Tapo TC85 and C425 do not need to be used with a hub and can be directly connected to the router WiFi.

Understood.  But if I have a H200 would it work with Magcam?

No it doesn't unfortunately. Tapo seems to be a great ecosystem but lacking in certain areas.

  @SPF1,

In general, no - you would need to look towards the specific Sub-Ghz cameras to use the camera and recording functionality of the H200. I believe that the features and technology you are looking for will be found in the H500/H900 hubs shown at CES, which can operate as an NVR for your devices, but we will need to wait to learn more.

The devices do work together in that you could create automations that affect each device from the Tapo App, such as having a Motion Sensor trigger a non-sub-GHz camera; however, the direct integration with a hub for recording and sirens requires a Sub-Ghz camera, and the same behavior for automations can be done via the H100.
