I just installed a Kasa H200 Single Pole 2 black to 2 black, Red to White and green to neutral copper. The light it controls blinks on and off continually. I have tried to reset twice and not sure what to do. It is the only switch that controls that light so pretty certain it is not a three way switch.
Three things:
I would verify the connections are accurate to their colors - it is not uncommon to see wires exchanged, even though they are supposed to be marked if they are.
I would also check the power consumption of the connected lights / fixture to make sure that it does not exceed the recommended wattage of the switch.
Normally, blinking lights are caused by Dimming incompatibilities, so make sure that you are in fact using the HS200 and not a dimmer like the HS220. If it is the HS200, make sure that all connections are secure and that the power provided to the device is stable.
