I have one black, one white and a copper wire coming out my wall. I do not know how to hook it up and not have the light blink and click. help

The Copper wire is your ground, the white wire is likely but not always a neutral and the Black wire is generally a load/live. A HS200 cannot be used in this enivorment. You are missing a live/load wire or a neutral depaneding on what the white wire in your wall is. The HS 210 requires the live and load to be seperate wires, a common design in homes built mid to late 80s and up. It also requires a neutral wire. It does not require ground although it is recommended.
