Good evening, a lot of my settings were gone for a little bit tonight.

 

The light settings came back, and are working.  The cameras disappeared for a few hours.  They are back, but claiming they are no longer associated with the network or network connection problems.

 

I have checked my router and it working fine enough to get on this forum and post a message.  Network connection is not the issue.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this tonight?

 

Currently in queue to talk to an agent....

There was a network fluctuation and it is now fixedNotice for Kasa Server Error on Nov 15th, 2023 (UTC+8)

 

Can you share the latest status of your devices with us?

 

Tips: If the device's connection doesn't restore automatically, try to restart Kasa App  (force close and reopen), or power cycle Kasa devices.

From support:

"We shared your feedback with our engineers, and learned that the team is currently investigating on an issue that may relevant to the problem you've reported.
To add in your case and help with the issue, can you tell us what troubleshooting you've already done on your KC100 aside from restarting your phone?"

 

"The cameras are still supported and will not be end of life anytime soon. There just might be some issue with the service which our engineers are currently looking for. We'll follow up you through your email for updates and status of the case."

  @Wayne-TP at this point the cameras and lights work.  They mostly worked as of 2 am CST last night.
