Hi all
I installed the smart switch today. Everything works, I can control it through app, Google Home and Alexa. But the physical button is not working. Is it defected? Or anything worng?

Are you referring to the power button? How about the Restart and Restart button? Are they working?
Both restart and reset work. It is a 3 in one pack. The other 2 work fine, ONLY one the physical switch button is not working probably. thanks
Looks like this unit is defective. Kindly contact TP-Link support to proceed with the warranty.
