I've connected up all the wires. I believe they are correct. I just unhooked the white and black wires from my old switch and attached them to the Kasa. Connected the ground to the green wire as well. The switch is on. It clicks when I press it. But it won't turn my light on.
From the looks of it. the black wires labeled line and load are grouped together in a 2nd wirenut. This may indicate that one of the wires is a loose wire (striped on both ends) and not actually a house wire. If this is the case and there is only one house wire in the switch box the HS200 would not work. It does require load and live wires to be seperate house wires.
