Was working Followed all the steps to re-set it will not work
Can you proide more information regarding what step you are getting stuck at in the process? Also what model and hardware version of smart plug are you using.
One thing to make sure of is that you performed a full reset by holding the button for 10 seconds, rather than the soft reset done with only 5 seconds. Also after resetting the device either way, you will need to setup the device as if it were brand new. If your app cannot see the device, make sure that the previous iteration of the device has been deleted from the Kasa App.
