Will the HS200 switch ever be able to run on 5ghz wifi? I have a mesh connection through comcast and had to split my connection to 5 and 2.4 to get the switch to work. I've noticed this has caused some interference in my quality of wifi speeds (the split is not recommended by comcast). Will the switch ever be able to run on 5ghz? Or does anyone know if they make switches that run on 5ghz? Would hate to be stuck with mediocre wifi just for one plug.

HS200 smart switch only supports 2.4Ghz as it's specifications here.

Dual-band router is pretty common, and you could turn on 5Ghz on router and see if smart device could work stably. 

While advanced settings on router like Mesh/ Band steering/ Channel optimization, those settings may force device on a different band or change channel and may cause some trouble for smart devices, even though some smart devices that support both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands. You may turn them off to exclude the issue.
