Hi All,

After lots of googling and many failed attempts, I cannot seem to get any of my Smart Plug Minis (5 in total) to "connect to the server". I've deleted them and re-added them, factory reset them etc a bunch of times but I still can't get them to connect. The issue started when Ubifi (my internet provider as i'm in the sticks) sent me a new simcard for my mofi router. I'm guessing there may be a setting on my wifi router I need to change but i'm at a loss. I enabled the DMZ and I turned off the firewall and still couldn't get any of them to connect.

At this point i'm willing to try anything. Any adivce would be greatly appreciated.
