I installed the HS200 switch for my kitchen overhead sink light in October. There have been no issues until three days ago.

Each day, for the past three days, the light controlled by the switch, flashed, and the device went offline. The switch was flashing amber and green.

I had to manually remove the device from the app and rejoin to my network. I have also attempted a reset via the switch but the problem continued.

I have not had any issues with any other network device or smart device in my home.

 

The app says that there are no firmware updates. However, the app states that the hardware version is v3, but the box and registered serial # is v4

 

Has anyone experienced this and know how to fix?

Possibly a wire became loose? 

 

If the light is flashing and the device is going offline it could be restarting.
