@yankees4life From the pictures, you have to connect the red that was on the black screw to the black screw of the HS210.

The other red and white wires go the the travelers screws of the HS210.

The white wire from the HS210 goes together with the two white wires under the black wire nut in the back of the box.

Thanks for the walk through. You were absolutely correct in what needed to get done. Unfortunately all of the wires would not fix correctly in the box and it caused an issue when I tried to close everything up. The current box is an old metal one and one of the wires sparked against it. I will have to change to a deeper plastic box.
