everything worked fine yesterday morning but at night my app says password and ID don't match.. I reset the password but still get the same message. I cannot log on to my cameras from the tplink app or the internet page.. what changed? support has been no help at all.
Nothing changed, I am able to log into my smart devices without any issue. If you were to visit this website on your computer: https://www.tplinkcloud.com
Are you able to log in with your email and password?
If not, reset your password through the same website until you are able to log in. Now you will not see your camera on this site, this is only to verify your log in is correct.
Once credential are verified open Kasa and log in with the same info.
