I recently had to do a hard reset on my Echo Dot due to a bad firmware update; I can't seem to install the TP-Link skill. I get stuck on the screen where you put in your user id and password for account linking. It's not recognizing my Amazon password, even though I used that same password to restore my Dot. I'm confused.
