I have 6 smart plugs which I can currently control thru the Kasa App on my I phone. Is there a way to control these same 6 devices using another I Phone. If so what must I do to set this up?

Ya, it is pretty easy to do that. You will simply download the Kasa app on the second phone, and log in with the same TP-Link ID account. All devices will come up automatically
