All 5 HS100/HS110 devices in house all show red for last few days

I'm trying to figure out why all the devices stopped functioning at the same time. Was there some type of firmware update? WiFi still works with a number of other devices and no changes have been made. I tried to Kasa one of the devices and it seemed to reconfigure but then just dropped off the list again.
Any ideas?
