Sunrise & sunset times are off by one hour (daylight savings time problem)

I have two HS100's, both of which show the correct device time and location, but are not properly accounting for Daylight savings time offset. This is causing my Sunrise and Sunset on/off scheduling to be one hour off.
Anyone else seeing this problem? I searched the forum but could not find any other mention of DST issues.
